2007 nfl injury report

Jamal Lewis has been a jersey of the Cleveland Browns for two seasons. But the bruising 245 pounds corridor together back to back, 1,000-yard seasons in 2007 and 2008, something back to Cleveland was not done in over 30 years.

As the focus of the 2009 season, Lewis expects to continue the chain of 1,000 subway stations and more. While Lewis compiled a little over 1,000 meters in 2008 (1002), the average per litter was lower than its level and Cleveland struggled to a disappointing 4-12.

What is the standard Lewis? Before coming to Cleveland in 2007, Lewis spent seven years as bring it back for the Baltimore Ravens, hitting more than 1,000 meters every year except one, including more than 1,300 meters in 2000, 2002 and 2003.

In 2003, Lewis ran 2066 meters. That is second best in the history of the NFL behind 2105 meters in total, who rushed to Eric Dickerson in 1984. This campaign of 2003 included a game when Lewis ran for 295 yards. This was the record the NFL until 2007, when Minnesota Adrian Peterson ran for 296 yards in a game. Ironically, Lewis played for Baltimore, where he rushed for 295 yards and opponent was in Cleveland.

Lewis also above 1300 meters in his first season with the Browns in 2007. But he was slowed by an ankle injury in 2008. Injuries head fullback Lawrence Vickers and members of the line of attack made matters worse.

Thus, even if Lewis is entering its 10th season NFL seeks to overcome its production of 2008. Priority is to help the Browns to produce a winning record. But Lewis is also driving the story.

Entering the 2009 season, Lewis takes up the entire time and between 24 supports the NFL running. He gathered 10,107 meters. Another season in 1000 the Court in 2009 to pleasure, more than 11,000 meters race and the top 20 of all time.

Lewis easily exceed Ottis Anderson, Eddie George and Tiki Barber in the list of all time. It takes only about 350 meters from the finish. This gives you the chance to top 20.

Currently at number 20 on Billboard's all-time rushing Ricky Watters with 10,643 meters. The next item, number 19, is owned by Warrick Dunn, who has 10,967 meters and still hopes to sign with a team and play in 2009.

OJ Simpson is ranked No. 18 in the all-time list with 11.236 yards.

Although skeptics point out that Lewis is entering its season 10 and has given many hits, 15 of the race records in the top 25 in NFL history played 11 seasons or more.

In addition, Lewis was lost 2001 season with a knee injury. So which among his season 10, but his body has been eight seasons in the NFL, not nine.

It is not inconceivable Lewis could play two more years. Doing so may even have a chance to reach the total of yards from the former Brown great Jim Brown, who ran for 12.312 yards in nine seasons before retiring in 1965. Jim Brown ranks of all time ranked 8th in the NFL rushing leaders.

But most important to Lewis to meet the individual records to help Cleveland to compete for the AFC North title. Especially in 2009 when the Browns want to prove they are a team much better than last year's team has managed only four victories.
