How would you like to be a great athlete? So many people talk, but very few actually do. I once heard a quote that I forget and every time you use once per week while working with athletes: "A great athlete does every day what a good athlete occasionally. You see, a great athlete is all he needed on a daily basis, while a good athlete does when it's convenient. A great athlete trains every day, while the train a good athlete when you feel comfortable. A large athlete of his way of eating for your body recovers faster, while a good athlete and what he eats when available.

Many athletes enjoy playing their sport. This is not what I mean. I do not mean simply making the varsity, I mean to be a varsity contributor. I speak not only received the scholarship, I mean to be an All-American. I speak not only be a professional, I mean to be an All-Star or a Hall of Fame. I speak to be great! Many good athletes are there, but few are great. The difference between good and great is what they do on a daily basis. This is called consistency, hard work and dedication.

If you're an athlete, I want you ask five questions. These five questions will determine whether you have what it takes to be great or if you are content with being just good.
Â
1.A Â Â Â Â Â Is it serious? How badly I want it? How serious do they really want to be big? Did you just talk or do you need on a daily basis to be great. Michael Jordan said: "Some people want this to happen, some wish it would happen, others to get there. "You must go and do it. You have to go take. How bad you want it?
Â
2nd     Why, why I want it? Want to be great for people to notice you? Want to be big to be famous? Want to be big to make money? It would be ideal for you you can help others? Anyway, you need to know why. Why are you doing what you do everyday to be great? What motivates you?
Â
3.A Â Â Â Â What, What am I willing to do to get it? How willing to sacrifice? Many athletes say who want to play professionally and is very good. But you know what you have to go now? What to do on a weekly basis Day / / base / month per year to achieve this ultimate goal of playing professionally? To be a great athlete needs a lot of sacrifice. You may have to go to bed early, when your friends are watching a movie. You can tell your girlfriend you can not pass the time because you have a regional train Are you ready to make such sacrifices?
Â
A 4.A How much? The I really invest in it? How much time you put into what you do? It takes time to be big. How long practice? How much Once placed on the study so that you can master your sport? Be honest with yourself. Are you really willing to invest time need to be great at what you do? No There is no substitute for hard work. Are you ready to put the time in practice? Are you willing to work? How are you willing to work?
Â
5.A Â Â Â Â Really? Do you really love it? Is it your passion? His passion is what happens to your unit. This is what keeps you on course when times get tough. Things do not always easy. The road will get rocky and you do not like what you do, you will stop smoking! If you have no passion for it, you can throw in the towel. You really need to ask: Is this what I do? Otherwise, it hangs up and find something you like do. This is the life!

Now that you have asked these questions, go get it. He sees what he deserves, and not look back until you have!
